Trump Could be Criminally Indicted in New York AGAIN After Civil Fraud Case

The New York Attorney General may not done with Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump. The NY AG reportedly is now considering possible enterprise corruption and racketeering criminal charges against them, and possibly Rudy Giuliani. Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on new investigative information revealed by the Daily Beast that suggests that if New York’s current governor gives the green light, either the New York Attorney General or the Manhattan, DA will attempt to crush Trump criminally next.

Michael Popok of Legal AF, and who is an experienced licenced attorney in New York State, believes that disgraced former president made a huge mistake allowing his two oldest sons to take the stand and could set off a chain on events by taking the stand to testimony himself on Monday.

The current Governour of New York State Kathy Hochul or a handful of state government officials could authorize Letitia James or Manhatten DA Alvin Bragg to launch a criminal investigation, grand jury to prosecute the Trump's and others for a criminal version of the state civil fraud claims now being litigated and which Judge Endorgen has already ruled as a fraud.
