The GOP is Giving a Re-Birth to American Fascism: The Danger is Enormous

Steve Schmit, a lifelong conservative who rose to fame as a campaign strategist for Republicans like President George W. Bush, California’s former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and was Senator John McCain’s 2008 Campaign manager. Schmit recognizes the rising danger of fascism in today’s Republican Party.
We’ve sounded the alarm over the rise of fascism in the United States, reporting examples of the dark hatred and white supremacy thriving in today’s Republican party led by former President Donald Trump.
Fascism today is no better than it was in Europe when Benito Mussolini and Adolph Hitler rose to power. It comes disguised as a solution to the American people's myriad of problems and grievances under the banner and argument of nationalism using the promise and slogan of making America Great Again.
This fascist movement, like former President Trump, embraces the most brutal and repressive dictators on the face of the earth, like Vladimir Putin, Kin Jung Un, and Xí Jìnpíng, who have repeatedly demonstrated they have contempt for human rights and democracy.
Trump ran on the claim that the “American dream was dead.” Trump is a pathological, sociopathic, narcissistic megalomaniac who often projects his failings and evil onto others, and let’s slip his nightmarish goals if he gains power again.
Steve Schmit is a rising hero in the anti-fascist movement in the United States. He’s left the Republican party and is fighting the good fight speaking out against the evil gaining momentum within it. The entire staff of Wall Street Rebel and I endorse his latest video as a must-watch.
