Ugh – we cannot even relieve oversold conditions.  We started strong but could not hold gains.  Again, the Green Support line of the Erlanger Value Lines proved a good support for the markets.  Again….these numbers are generated on the first tick of the day.  You getting my point yet?  TLT was down 2.63% to close at 100.95.  Watch that 100 mark.
