Worth A Look The Morning Matters Portfolio As It Enters Its 15th Year!! What Do We Own Now?
For 2021, the S&P 500 finished up 26.89% for the year and the Russell 2000 gained 13.69%. The Morning Matters Portfolio was up 5.08% for the year. The Morning Matters Portfolio has been live since April of 2008 on Superstock Investor.
The portfolio is now 67% invested long, 0% short and 33% in cash, net long 67%. Run as 12 stock portfolio it is up 502.90% since inception in 2008. It is notable that the portfolio has lost money only four years our of fifteen years of production. We feel that 2022 is going to be a year of the stock picker so we are excited for the possibilities.
