Will Trump Burn Down the Republican Party Before the 2022 Midterms?

He’s already siphoning off tens of millions in fundraising and isn’t spending the vast majority of it on election Republicans. The ultimate conman will raise hundreds of millions if he’s criminally indicted in Georgia and D.C.

Fundraising is down 12%, while Democratic fundraising is up 30%.

Shane Goldmacher of the N.Y. Times writes.

“Exacerbating the fundraising problems for Republicans is that Trump continues to be the party’s dominant fundraiser, and yet virtually none of the tens of millions of dollars he has raised has gone toward defeating Democrats. Instead, the money has funded his political team and retribution agenda against Republicans who have crossed him.)

Trump has donated money to the Trump sycophant running against Rep. Elizabeth Cheney (R-WY). She may lose her seat by 30 pts. Then again, if Trump is indicted, he should know if there was one person that put his rear end in prison for one on military and secret service guard. It was Cheney.

Republicans will go into the election underfunded, facing a torrent of voter displeasure over 43% higher gas prices, 9% inflation, and a reversal in the stock and even the crypto market.

However, displeasure over Republican extremism over birth control, personal privacy, and military weapons on American Streets that just one could prevent dozens from rescuing elementary students from mass murder.

There’s also a great deal of concern among voters over the many calls in the GOP for Christian Nationalism. Ending the separation of church and state while simultaneously being determined to kill our democracy and social security, cut medicare and devastate the social safety net while cutting taxes for the top 1%.

Then there’s Trump, who has seen Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada senate seats re-elect their Democrats and Pennsylvania and Ohio by endorsing trainwreck candidates. The Trump sycophants running for Congress that aren’t prevented from running for office thanks to Madison Cawthorne’s appeal of his being bared that shows representatives, especially those looking for presidential pardons in 2020 in the eleventh hour of the Trump Presidency.

The biggest question is how much Trump will suck out of his victims/supporters and will even be able to function as an indicted man facing 20 years in prison. Given his past, he could spend night and day attacking all his enemies as he campaigns.

Senator Scott (R-FL), chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, repeatedly said on Fox News on Friday when pressed about the 2022 landscape.

“We’ve got to raise the money.” “We get the money; we win.”

As most Trump sycophantic politicians, Senator Scott (R-FL) will soon find out. Everything Trump touches dies.
