Jared Kushner and the William Barr Justice Department clearly believe they are above the law and voters should be worried, very worried.

CNN is reporting Jared Kushner and the William Barr Justice Department has held back all notes in the Robert Mueller investigation concerning interviews involving Jared Kushner President Trump’s son-in-law and senior advisor.
Kushner and the Justice Department were ordered to turn over notes as part of a Freedom of Information filing for two news organizations from the former special counsel’s investigation of the President’s involvement in a possible conspiracy and cover-up of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
While the Justice Department did release interviews with key witnesses from the Mueller investigation including an additional 176 pages of documents after the first batch released more than two weeks ago; all information linked to Jared Kushner was conspicuously missing,
A motion to compel these documents was ordered by Senior U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton, making clear the Department of Justice back in October to release records that had been supplied to the U.S. House in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by both CNN and Buzzfeed. The DOJ and or Jared Kushner provided no explanation for the missing records.
While the Department of Justice is allowed to redact information considered to be sensitive to national security and withhold some documents, again on national security grounds to the House of Representatives, outright refusal is taken as a serious issue by U.S. Federal Courts.
In a statement by CNN…
“But still, on January 2and on Friday night, the Justice Department was to have handed over as much of the documents the House had readas it could under the public records access law. Kushner wasn’t in either January batchthe report stated. “It’s still not clear why.
“It’s still not clear why. CNN and BuzzFeed continue to have to battle for access to documents from the Mueller investigation that the court has ordered.”
Judge Walton has criticized the Trump administration for failing to staff federal offices charged with complying with FOIA requests adequately….
“It seems to me that they are just thumbing their nose at the FOIA statute because we are talking about years down the road” before records will be released.”
This all adds up to one question what is Jared Kushner and the Trump Justice Department hiding? It reinforces the view of Wall Street Rebel that if President Trump is not re-elected to the Office of President of the United States, great many current and former members of the Trump administration, including many from the Justice Department could find themselves first targets of criminal investigations and end up with jail time.
