Good morning. Today is November 11, 2020 and that first day of the rest of America’s life has not yet begun because of President Donald Trump and his sycophants!

Under oath, and under the risk of perjury, a Trump campaign attorney appearing in an Ohio court when asked by the presiding judge if there was election fraud. Trump’s campaign attorney admitted there was none.

A Trump campaign attorney, when confronted by a judge, admitted in court yesterday that a lawsuit filed against the local elections board is not alleging election fraud. The attorney for the Trump campaign, Jonathan S. Goldstein, who was trying to argue that the Montgomery County Board of Elections must halt the counting of 592 mail-in ballots, was forced to concede the truth…

“Your Honor, accusing people of fraud is a pretty big step,”

“And it is rare that I call somebody a liar, and I am not calling the Board or the DNC or anybody else involved in this a liar.”

The Judge responded by pressing the attorney about any claim of fraud…

 “I am asking you a specific question,”… “and I am looking for a specific answer. Are you claiming that there is any fraud in connection with these 592 disputed ballots?”

Trump attorney Jonathan S Goldstein responded by saying…

“To my knowledge at present, no,”

“Are you claiming that there is any undue or improper influence upon the elector with respect to these 592 ballots?” the judge asked.

“To my knowledge at present, no,” Goldstein conceded.

The National Review, a conservative publication, pointed out today that the Trump campaign’s lawsuits haven’t focused on overturning the election and, like this one filed in Montgomery County Ohio, have been ending …“not with a bang, but a whimper.”

National Review correspondent Jim Geraghty points out in his article that obvious. President Trump is learning the hard way that…

“It is one thing to fume on Twitter that there is a sinister effort to steal an election; it is another thing to assert that sweeping claim in a court of law, before a judge, under penalty of perjury and/or disbarment.” 

An example of the type of witness the Trump attorney is engaging as witnesses to demonstrate first-hand voter fraud is Daryl Brooks. According to Politico, one of Rudy Giuliani’s, the president’s personal attorney,  hand-selected poll watcher’s who spoke at the Four Seasons (Total Landscaping) to give his account of vote-counting irregularities in Philadelphia has a criminal history involving him in charges of sexual assault, lewdness, and endangering the welfare of a minor. It may be said that Daryl Brooks, Giuliani’s first speaker, may not precisely be a reliable witness. Politico found his record includes a conviction in the 90s on charges of sexual assault, lewdness, and endangering a minor’s welfare for exposing himself to two girls, ages 7 and 11.
