President Trump and his modern-day version of Adolph Eichmann, Stephen Miller have already made torturing children a Making American Great Again by throwing children, toddlers in cages without the basics of food, toothpaste, soap, bedding, and clothes. These two despicable men and their accomplice sycophants have now petitioned the courts in this country to hold babies, toddlers, and children indefinitely. It’s cruelty that should require their trials for crimes against humanity.
You would think Stephen Miller and President Trump couldn’t sink lower into their racist hatred, but they have. Trump and Miller are behind the decision to end a program which allowed immigrants with serious illnesses to remain in the U.S., a move that human rights advocates decried as "a death sentence" for children receiving treatment for cancer, HIV, and other life-threatening diseases.
Trump and Miller have ended "medical deferred action" program permitted immigrants to stay in the U.S. for two-year periods if they could demonstrate "extreme medical need."
Immigrants living and receiving medical care this past week learned of the Trump administration's policy change when they received letters from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in August warning them they will be deported if they don't leave the country in 33 days.
Immigrants facing deportation include children with "children with cancer, cystic fibrosis, HIV, and other illnesses. This is all being done to make Trump’s base happy, including farmers who are losing their farms, suffering from a massive spike in bankruptcies and suicides but who indicate in recent polls they still support the President because of his aggressive actions in deporting undocumented refugees and immigrants. Meanwhile, this wave of hatred is destroying the labor supply farmers and manufacturers who rely on their labor on assembly lines and pick and bring crops to market.
