100M Unvaccinated Americans Risking Severe Illness & Death

The GOP death cult and the Anti-Vax movement are on the verge with their disinformation campaign of causing hospitals in this country to be overrun by patients suffering the much more infectious Covid-19 Delta variant.

The risk of tens of millions of unvaccinated people infected with the much more contagious Delta Covid-19 virus is becoming increasingly likely as each day passes. The disinformation campaign being waged by so many Republican lawmakers around the country and even in Congress, along with the long-standing Anti-Vaxx movement, is starting to show evidence of not only endangering the 100 million unvaccinated U.S. citizens but the 230 million who have had at least one shot of one of the vaccines.

Exposing the 230 million who have taken one of the vaccines can still contract the Delta variant of the Covid-19 virus and become infectious. While a vaccinated person dramatically reduces their chances of becoming so ill they must be hospitalized or die from the disease, they can infect unvaccinated people who could overwhelm our hospital system and end up dying.

Medical experts warn that with only half of the U.S. population fully vaccinated, we could see the hundreds of thousands of additional deaths added to the 620,000 that have already died from the disease here in the United States.

Wall Street already sees the potential nightmare and has begun to swing up and down out of fear that a full-blown second outbreak could once again slow down the U.S. economy and derail the economic recovery we have enjoyed in recent months.

The danger has not stopped Republicans Washington, State, and Local governments from continuing their onslaught of lies and disinformation to keep people from being vaccinated. Each day, the lies become more unhinged and are increasingly outright lying about how the disease has developed. For example,

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) suggested that Dr. Anthony Fauci is responsible for using "disgusting, evil science" to create the COVID-19 pandemic.

Greene's insane remarks came after Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) attacked the National Institute of Health Director, Dr. Robert Fauci, during a Senate hearing on Tuesday. The attack included threatening Fauci with being charged with perjury before Congress. Fauci responded to Sen Paul's attack by telling him he doesn't know what he's talking about and accusing him of being the one that is lying.

Geen then came out during an interview with Steve Bannon, the host of Real America's Voice…

"We all know he's lied. He's the one that has been running his own personal human experiment with COVID-19 because the gain of function [research] is his baby, and then he paid for it with our tax dollars."

"How dare he use our tax dollars to create some sort of disgusting, evil science that has killed so many people all over the world? This man is an enemy to our nation; he's an enemy to the world because he played a major role in creating a bioweapon, which is COVID-19."

Green showed her profound ignorance and blatant disregard for the truth.

Meanwhile, country doctors report that 98% of the hospitalized people with Covid-19 are unvaccinated, and 99% of the people dying are unvaccinated. Many are warning the dramatic increase in cases could spiral out of control and advise even those who have been vaccinated to start wearing masks again in and outdoors.

Some of the stories coming out from physicians caring for the unvaccinated being hospitalized are heartbreaking…

Dr. Brytney Cobia, a physician in Alabama, wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday that revealed heartbreaking details about her recent conversations with patients dying from COVID-19 amid a surge in cases caused by the Delta variant in the state the lowest vaccination rate in the nation.

"I'm admitting young, healthy people to the hospital with very serious COVID. One of the last things they do before they're intubated is beg me for the vaccine. I hold their hand and tell them that I'm sorry, but it's too late."

"A few days later, when I call time of death, I hug their family members, and I tell them the best way to honor their loved one is to go get vaccinated and encourage everyone they know to do the same. They cry. And they tell me they didn't know. They thought it was a hoax. They thought it was political. They thought that they wouldn't get as sick because they had a certain blood type or a certain skin color. They thought it was 'just the flu.' But they were wrong. And they wish they could go back. But they can't. So they thank me, and they go get the vaccine. And I go back to my office, write their death note, and say a small prayer that this loss will save more lives."

Cobia said all but one of her current patients did not receive the vaccine, with the one who received it expected to recover. AL.com reports that Cobia and other doctors "worked themselves to the bone" in the early part of the pandemic when the vaccine wasn't available during a period she described as "tragedy after tragedy after tragedy."

Cobia wrote in her Facebook post…

"You know so many people that did all the right things, and yet still came in, and were critically ill and died. It's different mentally and emotionally from caring for someone who could have prevented their disease but chose not to."

"You kind of go into it thinking, 'Okay, I'm not going to feel bad for this person because they make their own choice,'"

"But then you actually see them, you see them face to face, and it really changes your whole perspective, because they're still just a person that thinks that they made the best decision that they could with the information that they have, and all the misinformation that's out there. And now, all you really see is their fear and their regret. And even though I may walk into the room thinking, 'Okay, this is your fault, you did this to yourself,' when I leave the room, I just see a person that's really suffering, and that is so regretful for the choice that they made."

Cobia compared the current surge to October and November, just before Alabama's experienced its December peak and she was "signing 10 death certificates a day.

Cobia added that she fears "impending doom" as children go back to school, with 70% of Alabama's population unvaccinated.

Cobia has experienced COVID-19 herself. She contracted the virus last July despite taking every precaution but luckily experienced only mild symptoms. She got vaccinated as soon as possible, even though she was breastfeeding at the time, after consulting with her primary doctor and her OBGYN.

In her post on Facebook, she writes…

"I try to be very non-judgmental when I'm getting a new COVID patient that's unvaccinated, but I really just started asking them, why haven't you gotten the vaccine?"

Cobia insists…

"I just ask it point-blank, in the least judgmental way possible," said. "And most of them, they're very honest, they give me answers. 'I talked to this person, I saw this thing on Facebook, I got this email, I saw this on the news,' you know, these are all the reasons that I didn't get vaccinated. And the one question that I always ask them is, did you make an appointment with your primary care doctor and ask them for their opinion on whether or not you should receive the vaccine? And so far, nobody has answered yes to that question."

Meanwhile, Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) may have come to the realization that his Republican Party may face a blowback as being seen as voters in the 2022 midterm elections and 2024 general election as being honest to a goodness death cult.

McConnell on Tuesday issued an urgent plea to all Americans to get vaccinated against the novel coronavirus.

Writing on Twitter, McConnell encouraged people to "get vaccinated" and added that "these shots need to get into arms as rapidly as possible, or else we're gonna be back in a situation this fall like what we went through last year."

Unlike some of his Senate Republican colleagues, McConnell has consistently advocated for Americans to get vaccinated against the novel coronavirus.

However, McConnell's plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears if his Twitter replies are any indication, as supporters of former President Donald Trump immediately bombarded him with angry messages.

McConnell and other coherent and sane Republicans realize that the Delta variant morphs into a new, even more deadly variant, one that could, in the worst possible case that can not be prevented by the current vaccines. If a doomsday variant develops into an Alpha/Omega variant that kills millions of Americans – the vast majority of those who will die initially will be tens of millions of Republican voters who are listening to the insanity of being spouted by the talking heads on FOX News, OAN, Newsmax and other conservative talk show media outlets.

So far, the only right-wing talking head to flip from telling his audience they should now take the vaccine has been Sean Hannity. He seems to realize that if the GOP death cult isn't stopped, the 2022 and 2024 elections will become Democrat tsunami's that wipe out the Republican party not only in Washington but in some of the reddest states in the Union.
